We realize that some claims require immediate attention and cannot wait until regular business hours. To help you through these situations, we offer a 24-hour emergency claims number, which you can access by calling our office and selecting option 9. Please call us immediately if a claim is the result of an accident involving serious bodily injury, a structural fire to your home or business, serious water damage, or any type of significant structural damage to your property. For your convenience, we also provide a listing of our carriers with their regular business hours and their emergency, after hours claim numbers. If a claim is submitted directly to the carrier, please notify us of the loss as soon as possible. It may take up to five days for us to receive notification from the carrier and we want to have the opportunity to help you through the claims process.
