Client Service Manager (Taunton)

Does your current agency offer room for advancement? Offer incentives and growth potential to earn more money? Encourage insurance education through company-funded programs? Do you have a flexible schedule that includes working from home? If you answered no to any of the questions above or if you are just looking to change things up then you may want to join our team.

Our Client Service Managers (CSM) are critical members of FBinsure’s service team. CSMs are responsible for all reactive service via appointments and incoming phone calls. Their main focus is to create a fast, effective and positive client experience. As a CSM you will learn to provide targeted services to our clients, gain a greater understanding of the insurance industry and have the potential to develop and enhance your customer service skills. This position is recommended for those with at least 1 to2 years of insurance experience, however, if you are serious about starting a new career in the insurance industry and are willing to learn and train this might be the right opportunity. Is your growth/career/potential being supported?
